DATABASE DEFINITIONS.
Database field- this is a placeholder for different types of information
Example- your first and last name are put into different
fields so that after all the information is put
together, it then forms a record.
Record- This is all the bits of imformation in the diffe- rent fields put together.
File- This is where the database is saved in.
Query-
Database-A structured set of data held in a computer.

Report- The production from a software such as a database for a specific reason such as a telephone list or a school list.

System-Software that handles the storage, retrieval, and updating of data in a computer system.
